I am clinically compromised about Agnes Tachyon.
Every time she shows up on screen my brain goes “YES MA’AM TAKE MY FREE WILL AND TURN IT INTO DATA.” She talks at mach speed, laughs like she’s already seen the ending of the universe, and my soul immediately signs up to be her unpaid lab assistant.
I don’t want to fix her.
I want her to ruin me academically.
If Agnes Tachyon told me:
“Stand still.” I would fossilize
“Run.” I would outrun my regrets
“This might hurt.” I would say “worth it” BEFORE she finishes the sentence
I don’t need therapy.
I need her approval scribbled in illegible handwriting on a clipboard.
