Release the Hudson files.

Addictive sleuthing game. The base campaign is a lot of fun to gradually uncover, though I found it kind of easy. The sequel campaign, Roottreemania, has its highs, but I found the process of putting the tree together to be less intuitive and cohesive than in the base game.

At least in the version I originally played, some of the character portraits were uncanny and slightly off. It characterizes the Roottrees, in a way.

Inspired game. I finally ripped it a month ago after it sat on my wishlist for 8 years, wish I had just bought it sooner!

A string of fates you solve by looking at the crew's shoes solidified this as a favorite.

Masterpiece. Just finished a methodical first playthrough and feeling hollow. I intend to write more on the game because it's all I've been thinking about for the past week.

Go in as blind as possible.

Dirt cheap, and has tons of content. Halo Infinite but blocky. Movement is easy to learn but hard to master; there are advanced tricks that give a lot of depth and learning to be had. If you like building, Murder Miners has it. Don't be off put by the minecraft-y style. The developers host community playdates every Wednesday, which bring lots of players.

This is probably the best game you can buy for $1 regularly on steam. 100 hours in and I still have fun with it.

The game's speed is (again) tied to the framerate. Modders had to fix this with Prepare to Die, and it seems those who are behind the Remaster didn't take notice. If your computer runs the game below 60 FPS, the game will scale with it. Playing at 30 FPS causes the game to run at half speed. I could play Prepare to Die (with DSFix), yet I can't play this? This is frankly unacceptable given the price and lackluster improvements.

In order to actually play the game, I had to spend over 3 hours installing mods and tweaks. If modders can fix the game, I'm sure Bethesda can. Other than that the game is fun.

Just play it. Too lazy to write anything else.

Fun with friends. If you can find a good server then you're set. The building is kind of finicky though.
