This game has NO right to be as badass as it is. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The game is very fun, but the utterly ludicrous amount of pay to win packs, gacha and general FOMO is completely out of control at this point. You stand no chance of staying even somewhat competitive without spending a ton of money. The game has also become designed to make you keep the game running for as long as possible in order to pad the player numbers. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the game, which is a huge shame.

After the recent patches, the port still isn't perfect, but it's now in what I'd call an acceptable state at the very least! So with that, I can absolutely recommend one of my favorite games of all time.

This can't be good for me, but I feel great.

I started out not liking it as much as Doom 2016, but once I actually got good at the game, it turned into one of the best games I have EVER played. It does have a steep learning curve, but once you get past it, it's just so insanely fun and addicting it's ridiculous. The more I play, the better I get, the more fun it becomes. RIP AND TEAR.
