Most of the achievements on this profile have been earned completely legitimately without Steam Achievement Manager or other external tools, unless they're stupidly difficult, grindy, or impossible (As some developers love adding nonsensical or unrealistic achievements with the sole intent of messing with completionists - looking at you, Desert Bus VR and Garry's Mod).
