Hello Astro, I noticed a bug with your Industrial24 map I found that the TV monitors on the machine in the plaza use the wrong path to find it's textures.
This also applies to the similar prop in the ration centre.

The TV screens try to use the models/props/industrial17/propagandascreen/tvscreen00(x)a
But they should instead use the models/props_i17/misc/tvscreen00(x)a file path
The RT screen's are perfectly fine, this issue only applies to the static screens on the props:

models/props/industrial17/propagandascreen.mdl
models/props/industrial17/propagandascreen2.mdl
