I see, I looked up a Reddit post about this problem on another website, server admins can block specific regions or IPs based on various factors such as if the IP you use has some bad history based on the algorithm, it just blocks access. I think this might depend on the region as I live in the Philippines.

It seems to work fine for me and many others, if there's an issue it's likely on cloudflare's end and we can't do anything about it.
