To troubleshoot the crashes you experience, I would recommend completing the steps below
- Please complete all steps in our PC guide for troubleshooting [ubi.li], ensuring you verify your game files in both Ubisoft Connect [www.ubisoft.com] and Steam. These steps are designed to verify your game files and ensure your drivers are up to date.
- Try to have Rainbow 6 Siege X, Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] and Steam installed on the same drive
- Launch Ubisoft Connect and Steam using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted
- Clear your cache in Ubisoft Connect [www.ubisoft.com] and Steam
- Reinstall any supporting software [www.ubisoft.com]
- Complete a clean boot [support.microsoft.com] to rule out other applications interfering
- Perform a system file check [support.microsoft.com] to ensure all system files are working as intended.
