I have enjoyed pretty much all Borderlands. While many are upset due to performance, and they well should be, I have a nice enough system to enjoy the game for what it is. Borderlands open world. As a dad gamer who has just a bit to jump in here and there after work now and again this is a great Borderlands for that with lots of quality of life things such as the moxie for farming etc. I do enjoy the open world nature of it and overall have been enjoying my time in the game. I can see wanting to do all the quests at least once.

Yup, it's what you expect. Fun beat 'em up with slight marvel vs capcom vibes with the call ins. I like that you don't have 3 lives but just the two heroes to get through the level. Playing solo difficulty wasn't too bad and only had to redo a couple of bosses once after I saw the fight. I am excited to see additional characters with DLC and the performance was great on my Steamdeck as well. I hook my Steamdeck up via HDMI to my Atgames arcade cabinet and play local co-op with the boys on actual sticks. It's perfect for that. Nothing earthshattering or novel but a solid game all around.

Old, but new. Perfection - if your hardware can run it well!

Got a 4090, enjoying nice game. I'm sure others will in time as well. If you get past performance, it is a wonderful game.

Just started but it looks and runs amazing. I do have a great system and am capable of adjusting a few settings. Don't let the crybabies dissuade you from purchasing. If you like theme park games this is the best there is. Already getting lost in the workshop of other people's creations.

This game has a great meta progression which is nice to grind. Also it is fun to make some crazy combinations with the guns. I also am a sucker for a drone. The fact you can 'save' you best runs, aka a weapon then give it to the drone makes for some fun combos.

Do a run with a SMG, quick good for close weak enemies. Then give to drone and then you can have a stronger weapon for single target and work together. I have barely scratched the surface and am excited for what is to come.
