Ah yes Batley...he gave the good fight but the truth was hidden from him since the start. And you know if the damn radiation given off by those energy efficient light bulbs hadn't mutated the baby mice litters in those sick Ukrainian laboratories, they would have never developed the intellect required for the Movement towards Mass Mice Unity, MtMMU. But alas, the desire by the Pharmaceutical companies to save money and thereby create and pass laws that deemed the old lightbulbs be phased out and the new, mercury ridden ones to "illuminate" those subject to its poisonous rays was the catalyst for many of the following events.

Batley was my son...he never knew the truth. He fought hard, but the field mice were too great in number. They gnawed on his ligaments and crucified several of his closest animal companions in front of him before they let him slowly bleed to death. It was even more horrifying than it sounds as many of the towns younglings were playing in the school yard and witnessed the entire incident. Apparently there have been six suicides and numerous cases of post traumatic stress disorder were found among the children. To make matters worse the radiation carried by the field mice over from the Ukraine has seaped into the water supply and resulted in a myriad of birth defects among newborns.

It really put a damper on my whole weekend.
