I've been getting more and more anxious lately. Whatever happens, it still bothers me. I try to calm down by listening to loud music and playing calming games, like indie games. Changing my profile picture or talking to someone also helps a bit, so I try to avoid it, but it's hard because there are just too many annoying things. Thanks for reading.
