Luckily I did not, but thanks for the heads up.

Looks like I got hit by some Malware that was posting links to more Malware. I've deleted those posts now, but if you visited a link I posted on your steam profile, you are very likely compromised, too. I suggest a Malware scan, and then password changes after that.
