Would recommend, but with many caveats.

The game looks great for a point-and-click adventure game. It's atmospheric and sounds nice.
Past the first two rooms, everything is much better if you're willing to bear the nonsensical beginning 5-30min (depending on how lucky you are clicking around).
The final puzzle is actually rather well done and requires you to accumulate knowledge and lore you've gathered across all the areas.
Also, can't beat the great-great price of "Free".

Problems:
- Sound is inconsistent fading to barely audible to extremely loud.
- Main character is annoying. The voice acting is fine and great, but the main character is just unlikable.
- Some puzzles are nonsensical. You'll find yourself randomly combining items in your inventory and clicking all over the place hoping for something that works.
- Game has a few bugs. Be sure to manually save occasionally.
- Cutscenes are a bit too common and sometimes unecessary. I don't need a 3sec cutscene showing an explosion when it could have just been done in-game.

Finally, it's not a problem, but the game ties heavily into another game by this developer. Cayne is a free game that works as a great demo/intro to Stasis.

If you can look over the shortcomings, it's a fun and short romp.
