PSA: Do not spend cash on F1 25 Iconic Edition if all you're going to use is F1 Movie decals and Chapter Scenarios. They no longer come included as of this statement. Now they are DLC and must be paid extra. Purchase a regular copy and have a copy of it instead.

F1 25 is a tremendous letdown. Much of the marketing did a lot of hype to do, but it is a jumbled mess of a delivery. Word from the Iconic Edition included F1 Movie content, yet most purchasers now discover it is gated behind an additional DLC. This is a feeling of false advertising and a negative palate-lean among faithful players that prematurely stemmed to fund the game.

Gameplay is no significant leap from F1 24. Physically it is minor, inconsistent in its handling model, and AI is still putting in impossible move that kills immersion. Performance is again an issue, stutters and frame drops even on decent kit.

Additionally, Codemasters and EA continues to shove microtransactions and muddled editions. They shouldn't make players purchase a costly Iconic Edition to later find that movie decals and Chapter Scenarios are paid separately.
