I played this game a lot but all of a sudden the game crashes on almost every level. There is ZERO support for this game.

When it Crashes: It's been crashing at the higher levels. Like last 6. It usually happens quicker when I speed up the action (3x). I've stopped that but now it seems to crash right at the end of the level. Doesn't happen often on the ealier levels.

I loved Turok on N64 - but the steam version is 1,000x better. The fog that was so present on the N64 is virtually gone. The maps are enormous. The game was truly ahead of its time.

The music, and level design are top notch.

First off I will say that this is a fun and challenging game. If you were to look at my profile you'll see I'm over 40 hours playing it.

So why the negative review? One huge flaw: The game has some magor bugs. Bugs like sometimes acheivements don't get unlocked. IF YOU ARE AN ACHIEVEMENT HUNTER DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. PERIOD. It is incredibly frustrating to play hours of a game hunting for all the acheivements to find all that work was useless due to some bad programming. In my experience, about 50% of the time the achievements do not unlock. 50%!

If you're lucky and you had some previous save files so you can go back and spend an additional couple hours hoping that the acheivement will unlock on your second time around. If you don't have an old save file, back to a new game for you. Wonder why I'm at 40 hours on a game that should have been about 20? Replaying the same things hoping this time the acheivement will get unlocked.

I NEVER write reviews but this game is so frustrating that I had to write one to warn people.

Hoping for an update to fix those bugs? Don't hold your breath since the company that made these games is now out of business.

If you don't care about achievements than this is a great game in the style of God of War. Play at your own risk.
