It's not gonna make your jaw drop with how good it is, but you're definitely going to get a smile out of it!

It's alright, I guess

A short VN with a lot of flaws, but still delivers a heartwarming and short story that will leave you wanting for more.

Sounds of her love is a simple and heartwarming Visual Novel that will fix your itch for romance.

The story is simple and easy to follow. It's short, roughly 2-3 hours of content ensures that you can experience the meat of the story fairly quickly. The romantic atmosphere of the game makes you feel engrossed into the story.

The art style of the VN is inconsistent, owing to the numerous people involved in it's creation. The character sprite that you'd see most of the time isn't the same as it is in the CG scenes. It's a bit jarring to see the art style change so suddenly. Though I have to say, the inconsistent art style has some sort of charm to it, like it feels authentic somehow.

Speaking of the CG, there are 4 CGs you can unlock (Admittedly, I've only unlocked 3 of them). All the CGs are shown in important moments of the story, making it more impactful. Though, I wish there were more CGs, as I feel some of the scenes in the story deserves some sort of representation.

Characters are few, with the main heroine being the only character with an actual sprite. the supporting characters serves to further the relationship between the MC and the heroine. Other than that, they are just there for filler content.

The music is pleasant and fits the atmosphere, but not memorable. Granted it's using royalty-free music such as Kevin Macleod's, but still unremarkable compared to other VNs with original soundtracks.

The main heroine is fully voiced in English. The actor did a great job with what they were given, but ultimately doesn't sound phenomenal. Perhaps more could be done to match the Heroine's timid personality.

Overall, I'd say this deserves a try. It's free, short, and satisfies anyone looking for some plain romance story.
