Will you have fun? Maybe. Did it deserve mobile GOTY in 2022? Sure did. Second Dinner did a great job making a fun card game.

But they absolutely butchered card acquisition, to the point it’s pretty gate keeping of new players. I can barely get some of the cards that’s fun and meta relevant without spending more than the season pass, with a ton of grind.

The development team is so detached from the player base, yet they claim “we hear you” every announcement. No you don’t.

Love it.

I sunk so many hours into FFXIV and I don't regret it. One thing I would say tho, if you can get this game thru square enix website instead of steam, do that.
