As much I would love to recommend this game which many of my friends have strongly said to play... I cannot get on the game past the backscreen bug, affectively not allowing me to reach the main menu. I have tried many various steps to get pass this, as well contacted customer support but as most people know… Nexon doesn’t actually have “Customer support”...
This issue should’ve been picked up and fix during the close alpha… which was apparently present during the alpha but appears to be not fixed… Until I can get to the main menu, I just cannot recommend this game until they fix this problem as this is unreasonable to have something like this at this moment.
