Beautiful game, definitely worth the pick up. Play through all the main endings for the most satisfaction!

A game that's withstood the test of time and is still a quality and hilariously good time. Play with friends casually by throwing piss at each other or whacking your enemies with baseball bats, test your competitive spirit by jumping into ranked games, or start trading items up to unusuals to make over $400 like I did (hint: take this route, it's the most satisfying)!

I rate "gud gaem/10"

Every two days, there's another update for this game which takes 20 minutes. Which means every other day, my internet is throttled while I sit and wait for yet another tiny patch fix or localization update.

You may think: "just pause the update if you don't care", but nope, it still slows down every steam action even when paused. I just tested both cases on the Saliens summer sale game, and sure enough, I couldn't play when the update was paused. Jesus Christ, and I thought Fortnite was bad.

If you value your internet, don't bother with this game. Next time I see an update, I'm uninstalling.

What's there to be said about this game that hasn't been said before?

It's a fantastic game for anyone to play. It's stupidly hilarious, or incredibly reliable for serious computer users. You can immerse yourself in countless hours at the single player construct, or team up with friends for wacky adventures in endless gamemodes on servers. Experience thug life through DarkRP, go on a revamped hide-and-seek game in Prop Hunt, or even create your own structures through Flood or Sled Build. Getting tired of this game is non-existant, as the community workshop offers thousands of different addons to make your Gmod experience as fresh and new as can be. What many people don't realize, though, is that the market is a great introductory program for soon-to-be coders. Based on the simple to learn LUA language (which functions similarly to JavaScript from what I've seen), the game is open to YOU as to what you wish to see implemented and designed. Or if you're more of a community person, hop onto a server or create your own server to get to know people. Personally, I've spent countless amounts of time on a certain DarkRP server because the community was so excellent, and the relationships you make will keep you coming back for more. I've met new people, maintained friendships, and just had an all around good time hanging out on these types of servers where the others are there for the exact same reason, You'd be surprised how your love and interest of the game will grow the more time you put into it. And that's why I can say with certainty that this game will never die, and I advise you to put the same amount of time into it in which I have, and will continue to do as my hours reach into the thousands. With the massive amount of community content, Garry's Mod is honestly endless. It's the community that consistently adds to the content available that makes it so great.
