Very wholesome little game.
As someone who isn't into the point-and-click genre, I really enjoyed my time with this one.
It respects your time, doesn't stretch longer than it should, and yet still offers a great share of different ideas and puzzles to keep things fresh at all times.
Some of the puzzles are quite hard as well—reasonably hard, though, and there are subtle hints available, if you wish to.

Very special little game.

Not so little, actually, the map/world is pretty big when you take into consideration how tricky it can be to traverse each section.
I guess the biggest reason this game got high praise from many people is the traversal, in particular.
This game is recommended *purely* for people who enjoy tough platformers.
It's very similar in a lot of ways to games like Celeste, Super Meat Boy, etc. in the way you have to be precise and fast in a lot of the gameplay.
It has combat as well, and metroidvania elements, also a nice soundtrack.

I'll have to end my small review with the reason this game is a 7/10 instead of a 9/10:
NO MAP.
When you have most of the abilities, running from point A to point B can be fast, but only if you know where you're going.
I guess in the early game it is fine not having a map since discovering everything little by little is nice, but at some point, a map is crucial. You know where to go, but you run like a headless chicken around the map, looking for the right way, and the map is very confusing.
If not a map, at least a way to teleport yourself to the main lobby of the game would be very helpful and save a lot of time.

However, there is a map you can find in the Steam guide section that will make your endgame very much better in terms of where to go and will save you some trouble.

So, a 7/10 from me. Could have easily been a 9/10 with a map and/or teleportation option.

Well worth you time, if souls-like challenge and metroidvania speaks to you.

Fun little game, can be very challenging finding every secret.
Great checkpoints and insta-respawns makes it very fluid and satisfying to go through.
Just the right length in my opinion, about 4 hours to finish it at 100% (depends on your skill level).
The art style is very pretty and unique, one of the best looking indies.

If you liked the previous Supraland (and its amazing DLC), this is a no-brainer..
A bit hard at times but it's a part of its magic

This is how you make a DLC.
Felt like a new game, not a slice out of the original, not cash-grab, but actually a whole new chapter that might even be a standalone game.
If you enjoyed Supraland and want more - get this DLC, no brainer.
A bit hard though, in some sections, I had to use a guide maybe twice in my 10~hour playtime.

One of the best metroidvanias out there, top of the list as well.
It takes a few hours to get used to the game and get the better abilities, don't give up before that.
