Conditions:

-Once Applicant has requested joining the clan, we will add him as a non-member and must partake in most of our games.

-They will be accessed on how active they are over 2 weeks

-The applicant will have to be tested by all council members before he/she is deemed sucessful

-Kick or ban will be given after 1 warning

-Non-members are untagged but they are still a XPC

-No Stealth Kills, No Plasma Spam, No Spawn Kill
