#1MR: Competent players, improve your mechanics, get advice

I was having trouble distinguishing people in my friend's list of who plays and who doesn't play. I want to build this group with solid players that aren't crazy obsessed with their ranks, players who want to improve their gameplay, and players who want competitive play without the need of joining a legitimate team. It's also a good place to start compiling resources that will help people identify a specific mechanic and work on it.
