We're planning to do a weekly training, but I'm still wondering which day(s) is the best for everyone. Maybe one during the weekdays and one other in the weekend?

The training is not mandatory, but it's a set hour so you know that people 'might' come online and play something. It's a way to know when people are online, so we don't avoid each other all the time.
