A steam client for Windows XP?

It would be nice to have a light steam client based on the August 2009 theme, that supports Windows XP
It would be useful for people with bad computers/internet and people with machines designed for retro gaming.

Also for the people wondering the old client looked like this.

If you will see this (not sure if you're still on here) please ban anyone who posts spam announcements. Or edit permissions or give mod or admin to someone or something. This is one of the most valuable groups on steam its a tragedy its spammed everyday now.
