Time Warner blows

The Bottom Line: I would not recoment TWC to my worst enemy it has been installed in my home for 3-4 months now and have had nothing but problem!

I recently purchased a home and decided to go with time warner cable. Turned out to be the worst decision possible. to begin no one showed up on the day of the install and i got a call at 10:30 that night to rescedual. when they finally did show up i got to listen to a guy complain all day or at least when he was here because he left 3 times during the install. when he was done the job he did looked absolutly horrible. the next day a supurvisor came by and laughed at the job that was done and took pictures and told me he would make sure someone comes back to fix all the problems (cables screwed into my gutter and zip tied on my outdoor light). the following 3-4 weeks after i called around 10 times and spent atleast an hour on the phone each time and it wasnt untill almost a month later someone came to fix it. Then recently a huge storm came threw and it came to my attention that a 1/2 inch whole had been drilled threw my roof and the water damage was close to $1000 so a called time warner to get it fixed and was told that someone whould call m in 2-3 days and that was 3 weeks and 4 phone calls ago and still no progress all they tell me is the case number is still open.
