Weaken Grenades in CS:S

I'm getting sick of people just throwing grenades and pulling my health down by 70hp - 80hp, they take no skill to use so therefore should not come with such a big reward. I'm not saying they should be completely weakened, but it's more to do with the blast radius they have, where it will blow up serveral meters away and still deal 70+ damage, which should be reserved for if it lands at your feet. They're simply not consistent, one minute they will do 90 damage, the next will do 40.
