Apparently, there's a glitch going on with Valve and Steam that's letting people login to other's profiles.

I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but I highly suggest you avoid logging in/out, buy/sell things on the community market, etc. This could just be a hoax, but I have been having problems myself, my homepage once was in Russian earlier this morning until I relogged and I just wanted to make this announcement to make everyone aware of what's going on.
