Try new voobly ss lobby if u liked ss before

www.voobly.com have bought dawnofwar/sanctuary and starting support soulstorm in their client.
it means what there s alternative lobby instead of gamespy (with better connect).
there is already own ladder with custom games results (every match info stores in web and uploading rep automatically to it if u save it urself ingame)
there s nice friend's list feature and invite system
this lobby works just for a week
atm voobly dev's working on automatching system

whats this about
since relic support isnt possible ever, voobly is a only way to revive this game
voobly gonna support it, making any possible things we asking
and i patching system when community will agree to do exact patch

so what u need to start playin
if game was previously working
u just need to register in www.voobly.com , download client and enter ss lobby
it will ask gamediagnostic to find ss.exe, agree and find game or host it urself.

please try it once atleast if u like ss still.

Extract \Community Patch into the main folder \THQ\Dawn of War - Soulstorm\ and launch the patch as add-on.

.torrent file and follow the instruction:
1) Mount DWSoulstorm.iso and install the game (use cd-key from key.txt)
2) Install patches 1.1 and 1.2
3) Use No CD and race unlocker
4) Install the Voobly client
5) Enjoy the game!

Dear friends! We all know a game like Warhammer 40,000 Dawn Of War: Soulstorm. So, this game gets a second wind thanks to a new server from a devoted fan of the game. The beta tests were successfully completed, all identified deficiencies were fixed, and on December 21, an updated and improved version of the ThunderHawk server will work, which will run statistics and automatic, as well as no Steam version bugs. The ease of use and the great functionality of ThunderHawk leave all the other platforms far behind. Added built-in game chat directly in the launcher between game clients. You can play through the pirated version of the game and through Steam together. Let's support this endeavor and spread this great news!
