So here's a cool story:
People donate items for the big raffle and then participate. People who donated will most likely get new items.

Alternatively, we could have weekly raffles on Saturdays that you host on your own and post the links in the group.

If you look on /v/, you'll most likely see a thread for raffles.
Also, if you're wondering; yes the tf2r.com does have you sign into your Steam, but it's legit.
