Re-assignment of staff

Although all ranks from the old server are retained (With the exception of PVT skittles being re-assigned as Admin and Mundy/Pyrotte as Super admin), all staff members should attempt to join the servers when possible to be promoted to their respective ranks.

Having too many admins might be a bad idea in my opinion but it's Blue's decision

Pyrotte, that's happening to a lot of people. I found a way to force download:
1. Right click on Garry's Mod in your library > Properties > Beta > Dev branch
2. Wait for the dev branch to download
3. Load up GMod, when it's loaded immediately exit it.
4. Go back to beta and select None
5. Reload GMod
6. ?????
7. Profit!
