We're the Spartan-II Program from 1942RP!

ARTICLE III- MEMBERSHIP

Membership is to be honored from the people outside of the faction. Members inside of the Spartan-II Program or "Spartans", are to be seen as veterans in terms of warfare due to the rigorous training they've went through to get a position inside the program. Spartans are brought in only by acceptance of an application with the need of a strict interview, or recruited in by Section II of the Office of Naval Intelligence. After the individual has been recruited into the program, they're set as a candidate and are set to the test with very strict exercises and tests to see if they're physically, mentally capable for a position. If they're capable for a position, they're set into the Special Forces. The Spartan then will be introduced with a family, or team, of 4 personnel that are to set a strong bond with each other in order to maintain cooperation between the team. If the individual seems fit for a higher position in the ranking system, they will be handed a test in order to prove it. If they pass such test, ONI will assign the Spartan the higher rank in the system. The term of being fit comes with a meaning that's committed to the cause while at the same time having suitable experience inside the game mode. Spartans are perceived as invincible and are to never be listed as KIA. They're never killed, they're only missing in action.
