2)This group is for the people who wanted to be Vigilante,highly professional and require patience,dilligent and adapt to any intense situation
3)Using excessive,brutal or lethal against unharmed person are totally a "Crime",any UPF personnel who commited this crime shall be expelled from this unit.
4)Always obey your high ranked officer,any UPF personnel who disobeying their order shall be punished or expelled
5)Deal the situation with "peace way" . Use lethal force if nessesarry
6) Do not allowed any unknown civillians or persons entering our Base Operation,check them first
