Bring back the realism

It has come to my attention, that in recent times, there have been many realism units that have lost focus of what realism is really about. It's only about the combat -- it takes MUCH more than that to justify being a unit.

It's not just slapping on a real world units name (of which not everyone even does)

It's not just using real ranks. I can make myself Col, or General, but that wouldn't be realistic. Most people Maj and above wouldn't even directly fight on the line.

It's about the structure that matters. It's about the discipline, the integrity, and bringing honor to our veterans, and the US military. It's about trying to be realistic in each and every way. Our name says "Realism" but it's not just about doing "Realisms". Lets stay true to our names.

Many people don't truely know what realism is. They might be arrogant, give people the wrong impression, and bring dishonor -- but let's try and teach other new units and current "units" what it REALLY means to be a unit.
