What more do you need?

To use the Steam group server:

Click "Play Campaign" (or "Play Versus")

Click "Play with Friends"

Click "Create new campaign lobby"

Select the campaign and difficulty then click "Server type" and click "Steam Group Server" and then click "Create Lobby"

After you invite all your friends click Permissions > Public Game to make the server public.
