This group is for all Medics, which have a lot of experience and skill. Their aim is not to make frags by using the syringe gun but to support their team and provide intelligent ubercharges.

- Medic Milestone 3
- at least 30 hrs of medic playtime
- experience with using charges
- high awareness with spies
- experience in killing sentries effectively
