1. Access to playing on USA Central servers with good ping during evening EST/PST.
2. A good microphone.
3. Prime matchmaking! Ranking up is a lot harder with constant smurfs and hackers.
4. Some amount of skill already. At a med-high silver level you should be able to score decently.
