This group is just an easy way for the Rust player community to quickly identify fellow toxic players. If you've received an invite, it's because you've been deemed good enough to attain a "professional" or even "high tier" toxic player status.

The group is constantly curated as to keep it free of cheaters, it is common to confuse high levels of toxicity with overwhelming positivity. If you have any concerns or hard evidence that a group member is not toxic simply contact a group admin with it.
