Ever wondered what those CTX files were? They're encrypted usually, this tool comes pre-loaded with the TF2 decryption key so you can take a look at the base weapon stats

The official compiler is broken and can be a pain to use, this alternative is graphical, can import as usual, and even decode existing dat files without the source
