Go forth and be wonderful, O brave new world!

Year = 2500

The Year is 2500 and humanity is in a technological boom never seen before. Mega-cities strech acrosss continents, colonies flourish on the Moon and Mars, and A.I. is at its most advanced. Yet not all is well in such a future, nuclear wars of the past have left much of the world as a wasteland. Overpopulation and mass pollution have become major problems due to the "Mega-cities". Grotesque monstrosities, created by a man-made virus known as "The Forced Evoloutionary Virus", wander the wastelands, and crime runs rampant throughout much of this new earth. Will your society hold and carry on under the harsh circumstances of this new world? Or will you collapse into nothing from the harsh winds of time?
(If you are still confused on the premise, google Judge Dredd and you essentially have the idea.)
