A Simple Safe Village in Rust

The shire has several laws to help keep it a safe fun place to hang out.
Players that have consistent issues following these rules will have to find a place
more suited you’re taste

1. No violence in the shire, even play violence with friends destroys the safe feeling you should have inside the shire.
2. No Stealing from other players. This includes off their bodies sleeping logged out or dead if its inside the shire. This will be hard to prove and most likely a person can get away with it once or twice and it will be hard to say for sure but reputation can be enough to make it so you are asked to leave. Since there is not CSI in rust (but that would be cool) You may be asked to have your inventory or home searched by the Leaders of the town and failure can lead to exile.
3. No destroying or building in the shire. We want the shire to look and feel like a real village so we cannot have big bunker basses. If you have purchased a home in the Shire there are members that have earned Authorization to the tool cabinets and they can place new things in your house build upgrades and upgrade your walls just ask. If you have lived long enough in the shire and contributed to its building long enough its possible you get building access to build your own work in the city just don't expect that right away.
4. No weapons in The Shire. You can have them in your house you can have them in your inventory but you cannot take them out well in the shire, unless of course we are getting raided by people with guns. If someone is in the town attacking with spears then you attack back with spears unless it's an extreme situation.
5. Dont be an AssHat you don't have to get along with everyone in The Shire with everyone but if you constantly annoy everyone in the village to the point that a majority of them are ready to grab their pitch forks and go all Doc Frankenstein on you that will get you exiled.
6. The Shire a is simple place of peaceful people. We will have defences and will protect the town and the house. However if someone living in their house gets people mad enough at them by attacking them or raiding them or just doing things that The Shire does not stand for we may let that party past the town defences to go after your house. The Shire will not fight wars that citizens start.
7. On that same note citizens must go raiding from some other place. Citizen are not banned from war it just has to be done from another base camp. That means even meeting in front or around the shire to go out on raids or kill squads, resource trips with weapons are fine as we must be able to defend our people in the harsh world outside our walls.
8. Citizens of the Shire are required to assist officials of the shire in enforcing these rules and provide access to them when they are investigating them. Anyone who has earned the official status can be trusted but you do have the right to request them to f1 sleep so you can check their inventory after they have looked in your private stuff.
Anyone found breaking these laws may be exiled have their house taken back and in the most extreme cases it is possible the shire will fine you for your crime by repossessing all your personal belongings.
