So this is the e-mail they sent me:


Your team has been placed on the waiting list to participate in RRR5.


We’re excited that you decided to register and we’re sending this email to confirm your status as reserves. We received a huge burst of interest in our tournament and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate everyone. Your team however has been selected to be part of the reserves list, this means if a team drops out of the tournament or is unable to abide by our rules you will be competing.


All teams have till the 31st of July to reply to this email and indicate that they are still interested in participating in RRR5. If a team that has been accepted to play in RRR5 does not confirm their place, then a place will go to a team on the reserves list.


We treat this email as the Terms and Conditions of the tournament, so please read through the contents carefully and respond with a confirmation email saying you agree with your position on the reserves list.


The tournament is on the 12th of August 2012. It is a Sunday. Provisionally the tournament is expected to commence at 2pm BST for EU and 2pm EST for NA.


This tournament uses the UGC configurations which can be found here: http://www.ugcleague.com/files_tf2h.cfm. Please ensure you understand how it works and how to execute them, if you need any help, please let us know in good time for the tournament and we will be able to help you.
