Welcome to the Winders

This is the home of the Winders. The home of the Winders has no purpose, except the purpose you give to it. We are not here to accomplish anything. We are not here to make a statement. We are here simply to be here.

The purpose of the Winders as a group is simply to be a place for like-minded individuals to easily come together. Anyone can be a part of the Winders, and Everyone is already a member. There is no registration, there is no need to identify yourself, all we ask of you is that you keep yourself under reasonable control and have a good time.

The Winders have no rules, no goal, and no leader. There is no real member hierarchy in place. This does not mean that nobody maintains the Winders, as we do have a group of Administrators and Moderators to keep the boards clean, but they do not stand any higher than the new kid just in from the street. Everyone in the Winders is equal.

With our small, yet ever growing collection of Game Servers, you'll always have something to play with us. With our Public board, you can easily talk to other members and schedule get-togethers or collaborations. With our Private board, you can talk to loyal members of the Winders, provided you have the password. If you want to get the password to the Private board, all you must do is stay loyal and active on our servers and boards. If someone with the password takes notice, they may give it to you.

If you're new to the Winders, feel free to hang around our Boards and Servers for a while until you start to pick up on how we work. Once you feel confident enough in your knowledge of the Winders, feel free to start contributing.

But being dead isn't all that bad.
Dead people can do dead things
And stuff.
Yeah...

Anyways. I've getting some fair inquiry of when/if Curve/Winders/(insert a kit/illunex group name here) server will return.
The answer is this:
Yes! Its planned.
And sadly just that.
I have a computer ready to go to host it but alas I do not have the internet capability to host it.
I could however get a job whenever that happens and put some funds aside to a small server I can rent, but I'd rather put a spare computer that works well to use.

In the meantime: If you have a server you still play on, feel free to leave it in the comments below. I still play minecraft occasionaly. Not religously like I used to, but I wouldn't mind playing on a server again.

Also the Illunex account has been dead for eternity and I don't have the power to close out the group, nor do I have intentions of reviving it. Again, feel free to stay in contact and play with the other members, but I myself don't have time for much anymore.

And sadly it probably won't. Most of the staff have moved on to real life things and I have been meaning to close out this group because its going to most likely be dead for the rest of time. However, that isn't to say some of us don't play games. Im currently sticking to Warframe and ocasionally Overwatch.
But if you're wanting an actual minecraft (modded or vanila) server that probably wont ever happen, at least by me since my interest in it only shows up once or twice a year, and I'll never have the internet or time to host a server, despite how much I would totally be up for it if I could.
