# Do NOT Free Kill (CT shooting T without reason)
# Guards (CT) must provide instructions to Prisoners (T) every round
# Failure to follow a Guard's instruction may result in death

Guards (Counter-Terrorists):
o Give instructions to the Prisoners or be slayed!
o Play as a team; nominate a Head Guard
o Do not give Prisoners weapons, unless it's a genuine game related instruction
o Allow !lr to last two Prisoners, do not interfere


Prisoners (Terrorists):
o You do not have to follow instructions!
o Take over the prison!
o Do not give away team positions to help the Guards
o You are entiteld to a last request !lr if you are the last two Prisoners
