This group allows players to organize and play matchmaking with a pre-made team to win games with. If you need decent players for your stack, simply recruit online players in this group.

Admins and moderators can announce and plan matchmaking stacks. Make sure you have the admin/moderator on your friends list so they can invite you to the stack.
