I’ve released my game, Ping Ping, on Greenlight! It’s a game like the Choose Your Adventure books, following the story of a girl called Minako, lost in a world of her own denial. The game has 777 choices to make and many paths to follow! Puzzle / Horror / Casual / Simulation!

Anyone know a good, free, text-based game?

Hi, I'm a lone indie developer and I was wondering if anybody would be interested in a Text-Based PvP wizarding game that I am planning on creating. The Goal would be that you could challenge your friends, random people on the internet, or possibly AI to wizarding battles where you would sling spells back and forth to reach an eventual winner (it would be a bit more technical than that but you get the point).

I am planning on having an XP system with Items, upgrades and more to deck out your wizard for more fun. The game would be free with only a bit of (non-power related, non play to win) buyable content.

I know that this would be different from some of the more popular text-based RPGs and Maybe some of the stuff people in this group are used to but I wanted to give it a shot.
