ABOUT Teppe Teamspeak

We are a small gaming community founded in 2005 using teamspeak to communicate from a wide variety of PC games and occassionally console games.

Our community has created many YouTube videos and with the addition of Steam Curator we've added a list of games that others may enjoy and why they caught our attention.

Teamspeak IP Change - Server Migration

Hey Everybody,

I got an update from our teampseak host as following:

Regarding the following subscriptions:
10 Player Teamspeak 3 [**IP Address**] (Teppe Teamspeak)

We are migrating your voice server to a new machine on Wednesday 11:00am to 12:00pm EDT (4pm and 5pm GMT).

You should be using the hostname for your service (xxxxx.gameservers.com or xxxxx.gamespeak.com). If you utilize this, you should not see a significant disruption.
However, if you have difficulty connecting after the maintenance window,
you can temporarily use the new IP: **New IP Address**

Please note, the old IP ( **Old IP Address** ) will no longer work once the migration is complete.
All data will be moved, so there should be no data loss during the migration.

I've omitted the teamspeak IP addresses for the obvious reason of it being a private server.
If your unable to connect to teamspeak just poke me or another Teppe member and we can pass it along.

Teamspeak - scheduled update

Teamspeak has suffered downtime and this is what I got on login:

We will be performing updates to the Teamspeak 3 server software. These will occur at approximately 3-6am local to your subscription time on April 4th. This will cause a restart of your instance. No downtime is expected besides the restart.

Please open a support ticket from my.gameservers.com/support if your subscription is offline for an extended period of time.

I'm unsure what is causing the downtime, but there will be an upcoming update to the server so it will likely go down again (on the 4th April).
