XY 2017 Rotation - What decks are still in rotation? (Part 2)

Welcome to the second part of this 3 Part article! This post will go over what decks are still in rotation. These decks are just few of the many that survived the 2017 XY Rotation, so if you have a deck that is valid in the new rotation, leave the idea down below!

Mega Mewtwo
Mega Mewtwo is the most common deck in standard now as it can deal tons of damage at great speed. Combine this with draw supporters and shaymins, you have a fast deck out-puting tons of damage that can knock out mega pokemon. Mega Mewtwo has alright hp compaired to most mega pokemon, so it will be pretty hard to knock it out. Mega Pokemon have definitly stepped up since the release of them and Mega Mewtwo might just be the best mega in the game.

Greninja BREAK
When Breaks were first released, they were not surprising to me at all. Only one break I thought was pretty cool (Zorark BREAK). When BreakPoint came out, a new break entered the competitive scene and it was really beast. With a 2nd place at 2016 worlds, Greninja break was easily one of the best decks recently. Breakpoint greninja was able to shut-down abilities and do tons of damage for 1 water energy, making the speed for this deck something to be scared about. Greninja Break's ability made it that you could do 200 damage each turn for 3 energy, enough to knock out every non-mega EX and even with things like muscle band attached to it, it could knock out nearly everything in the game!

Rainbow Road
Rainbow Road (also known as Rainbow Force) was a great deck that was introduced in steam siege. Xerneas'es attack (Rainbow Force) could do tons of damage with really good speed. Thanks to dual types, Xerneas could be powered up even faster than before and now can do enough damage to knock everything out of the game. Setting-up can be difficult but when you pull it off, nothing can destroy you. Rainbow Road can be a deck that could make a good showing at some tourney's and I really hope it does.

After a long break, I have came back with some better ideas for the group.
(I'll explain later on in another announcement)

Recently in the Pokemon Trading Card Game, 2017 XY Rotation has been announced! The rotation for Standard format is now Primal Clash and above, meaning that tons of decks have been rotated into expanded! This article will be about what decks have been switched over the expanded and next part we will talk about what decks have survived and might rise to popularity!

Night March
Night March was the best deck since it came out since the amount of speed was crazy and the amount of damage that you could put out on 2 turns can add up to 220, which is enough to deal with Mega pokemon and EX's with fighting fury belts on! Night March was a deck everyone hated and the people that were playing it were called lazy too. IMO, its nice to see a good deck get rotated out as we can see even more cool and fun deck ideas pop out of the ground.

Mega Lucario
Lucario EX was a painful pokemon to go up against on first turn and can easily dish out tons of damage when it's accompanied by other EX's such as Zygarde and Regirock EX. Mega Lucario was a sweet topping to the cake and could knock out pokemon with insane amount of speed! This deck is not well known and could easily be countered by the popular decks currently.

Pyroar
Pyroar from flashfire had the ability to prevent ANY damage from basic pokemon. This is preventing attacks from all non-mega EX's and can counter many other decks like night march too. Pyroar was not well known as it can't really do much damage but with the release of Volcanion EX, Pyroar can do tons more damage! Sadly, this combo will not happen because Pyroar is now rotated out.

These are some few decks that have been rotated out of standard format and should be renembered as some of these decks have changed the meta entirely.
