When you are done you can just copy the variables from the line (below the words Copy/paste variables to config or config to textfield) and then paste them into the developer's console* while ingame, and then you have your own unique crosshair to use ingame.
Here's mine:
cl_crosshairalpha "200";cl_crosshaircolor "5";cl_crosshaircolor_b "50";cl_crosshaircolor_r "50";cl_crosshaircolor_g "250";cl_crosshairdot "0";cl_crosshairgap "0";cl_crosshairsize "5";cl_crosshairstyle "2";cl_crosshairusealpha "1";cl_crosshairthickness "0.5";cl_fixedcrosshairgap "0";cl_crosshair_outline "0";cl_crosshair_outline_draw "0"
*You have to enable the developer's console first (to do this go to Options>Game Settings>Enable Developer's Console(~) and set it to yes (the "~" is the little squiggly line under the esc button)
