Now that we have played 2 scrims happily, I think it is time we set some roles and direction for the team. I would like to address 2 concerns which I hoped it would be implemented.

1) It is time we have a more systematic way of playing and we can start this by having a captain in our ihG & Scrim games.

I think this issue can be solved by having ONLY ONE captain during the game. Hence I would like to suggest this... since we are all training and still in the initial stage of syncing, i suggest all with mics take turns to lead e team for now for each stage. This way, we can see who is able to lead better, as it is not an easy job and no one wants such a heavy role. (for those without mic, go get one!! where is ur commitment to the game?) Do comment on what you guys think about it and we can act on it ASAP, so that we can find 2 leaders in the near future for our projected 2 teams.

2) Those who have yet to play much with us, please be online more often ,so that we can conduct more trainings n inhouse games more often. Only then can we improve faster. Everyone will get a chance to scrim, so we have to upgrade ourselves together.
