Alright lets set this up straight. This is how we do buys.

Pistol Round Options:
1. Armor=$150
2. p250+nades=$0
3. five seven/tec 9+nade=0

Win Pistol Round Options
1. SMG+Armor+nades
2. Galil/AK+armor
3. Scout+p250+armor
4. armor+pistol+defkit+nades

note that smgs give twice the kill reward and opponents will likely not have armor.

Lose pistol round options
1. pistol+body armor+nades

note that whatever happens we can still buy smg/famas/galil/ak/m4 on 4th round if 3rd round full save.

lose pistol with bomb plant options
1. smg+armor
2. pistol+armor+nades

take note that ump/mac10 is very cheap and offers 2x kill reward. if 3 players can get smgs and the rest get pistol/nades, the smg players can entry frag with nade support. if they lose their weapons, keep in mind that pistolers can pick up the smgs and weapons of dead enemies.
