The SGC Clan has a server with a custom script for naval roleplay (Not serious RP but realistic ships and teams). Currently one of my favorite servers and I really enjoy playing on it. Just make sure you read the MOTD and get Phx and TBB and Cannons! before you join. Ship era is supposed to be 17th and 18th centry so no over the top stuff like subs or airboats or a frickin spacebuild ship with auto turrets everywhere.... -.-
